Kitchens and bathrooms fail at the junctions between trades. Our service is built around sequencing the work correctly, checking the surfaces behind the finishes and keeping plumbing, carpentry, tiling and decoration within one managed programme.

Start with the property and the intended result

A useful scope records the condition that can be seen, the areas to be included, the required finish and any access constraints. Photographs and measurements help establish what can be priced remotely and what needs an inspection.

Work that may form part of the scope

Bespoke kitchen installation

Removal and installation of kitchen units and components to an agreed layout, including coordination of associated trades.

Bespoke bathroom installation

Planned bathroom refurbishment from strip-out through preparation, installation, tiling and final finishing.

Wall and floor tiling

Preparation and installation of suitable wall and floor tiles, including trims, grout and movement joints.

Plumbing installation

Alterations and installation connected with agreed sanitaryware, taps, showers, sinks and appliances, subject to existing services.

Flooring

Installation of suitable kitchen and bathroom finishes after the subfloor has been assessed and prepared as agreed.

Before work begins

Ask for a written quotation that records the agreed work, access method, assumptions and exclusions. If concealed defects are found during the job, they should be reported and approved before additional chargeable work proceeds.

A common question

Can you install items I have purchased?

Yes, subject to checking compatibility, condition and dimensions. Client-supplied products remain subject to their manufacturer and supplier warranties.
