The epoxy resin application was a success and we believe it has significantly helped mitigate
water ingress. Flat 13 was completed in full.
For Flat 14, the owner (Andrew Samuels) assessed the area with us and opted for a targeted
approach, prioritising visibly defective mortar joints rather than a full repoint. This decision
was influenced by the high value and size of his plant collection, some of which would be
difficult to move without specialist handling.
Should Flat 11 experience further issues suggestive of mortar joint failure, Andrew will need
to arrange for an independent company to safely relocate the plant pots before our
attendance. Please note, this would unfortunately result in additional costs
