Challenges Faced

New mortise arris rail brackets were fixed securely to vertical posts to support fresh timber rails, forming a stable frame for the feather edge boards.
Fitting of Feather Edge Boards
Approximately 150 pressure-treated feather edge boards were installed with precision spacing to allow for weather expansion and effective water runoff, ensuring a clean, professional appearance.
Base Reinforcement
New gravel boards were fitted along the base to elevate timber from ground level, helping to prevent rot and moisture damage while improving overall stability.
Site Clean-Up & Completion
The area was fully cleared of waste, and all timber components were checked for alignment, structural strength, and a uniform finish before final client sign-off.
