Coving Repair & Restoration
The original coving had suffered from joint failures and visible surface cracks. These were carefully filled, caulked, and blended into the existing cornice to ensure a seamless, unified appearance. Great care was taken to preserve the character of the original architectural detailing.
Repainting of Surfaces
All walls, woodwork, shelving, and joinery were repainted using a premium-grade system. Before any topcoats were applied, all surfaces were fully prepared – including filling, sanding, and undercoating – to achieve maximum adhesion and a smooth base.
