Challenges Faced

In response, we deployed a rope access team, ensuring we could work across all required areas without causing damage or interruption to the university’s operations. Rope access not only allowed us to reach difficult spots safely but also helped maintain the building’s architectural integrity.

We installed high-tensile, UV-stabilised bird netting across the identified risk zones. The netting provides a physical barrier that completely excludes seagulls while remaining discreet from ground level.
